Terms of payment
ONLY UPON CREDIT APPROVAL, terms of payment for Nu-Tone&Co is NET 30 days, following the invoicing date. After this delay, interest charges of 1.75% per month will be added.Visa/Master Card and AMEX are accepted under certain conditions.
Canadian shipping terms (Canadian dollars)
- Free shipping and handling for all orders over $250,00.
- Quebec and Ontario - Shipping fees of $9,75 will be applied to all orders under $250.
- All other Canadian provinces and territories - Shipping fees of $11 will be applied to all orders under $250.
- Additional delivery fees can be added for remote/beyond destination
USA Shipping terms (US dollars)
- Flat rate delivery of $19.95 will be charged to all orders shipped everywhere in the USA except for Hawaii and Puerto Rico..
- Additional delivery fees will be added for remote/beyond destination. (All continental states; minimum fee of $20).
Handling fees of $3.50 will be applied on all orders below $29.99
All orders returned to Nu-Tone & CO due to Partner/Reseller errors:
- Wrong address
- Wrong product ordered
- No recipient to accept (Return to sender)
Partner / Reseller will be charged the return freight costs, with a $20.00 administration fee for the return.
POLICY CHANGE FOR DROP SHIP ORDERS.
- All "DROP SHIP" orders generated by our partners/resellers will be shipped complete ONLY.
- In the case of a B/O on an order, the partners/resellers will have the following choices:
- Wait until the order is complete before being shipped
- Allow the partial shipping of the order; shipping charges will apply when the B/O is subsequently sent
Terms and Conditions of shipment of Ergonomic products
All orders for ergonomic products containing metal components or high volume orders are not subject to the same shipping policy or the same terms and conditions as for other products sold by Nu-Tone & CO. Delivery costs vary according to the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
